Thank you for your interest in our home. Please let me tell you a little more about our home and what we love about it. When we first saw the home we fell in love with the lot and the size of the home. We bought the home in hopes to start a family, two boys later and the home is still plenty big enough for our family. We love how all the rooms feel spacious and open. We think we have a fantastic and hard to find, great level lot. We hate to give it up. We love our trees. They keep the house and yard a lot cooler. We enjoy sitting in our front yard in the cool shade of the trees, playing with our boys or running around in our backyard.

After moving in we quickly learned how convenient the location was. At the time I was working in Sandy Springs, near Perimeter Mall. I love that I could get home from work in about 30-35 minutes. We feel like we are centrally located to everything. We love that Kroger and Publix is right around the corner. We love that we have so many shopping choices, like Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s and many more so close. The Avenues at West Cobb, Town Center Mall and Cumberland Mall are all 15 minutes away. Downtown Atlanta is a short drive away. When I had to go to the emergency room, I was thankful that there was South Cobb Hospital nearby. Plus Kennestone Hospital is also close.

We love living on our cul-de-sac. We don’t have to worry about a lot of traffic. Our son can ride his bike and play with his friends (4yr old girl, 4 yr old boy, 3 yr old girl & 2 elementary age girls). Our neighbors help and look out for one another. Our neighborhood has some great walking trails. One takes you by a huge field near the lakes. It is great place to take our family on walks.

In recent years this area has seen a lot of change, improvement and growth. There is a lot of new developments going up all around. Nice new shops are appearing on Powder Springs Rd. This area seems very popular. Yet at the same time right down the street there is Kennesaw National Battlefield, which is nice to see remain untouched. It is very popular with the runners and the hikers, and even the horseback riders.

While it is time to move on. There are so many things that we are going to miss. We hope this home will provide you with all the enjoyment it has provided us.
